Client briefs, data and findings are treated as confidential. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where a specialist partner is engaged on your behalf, information is shared only with your knowledge and only to the extent required for that work.
Enquiry correspondence is retained while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Engagement records are retained for as long as required by contract and by applicable legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Under UK and EU data protection law you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and request portability.
